With the corona virus taking an all-time rise, and the US now calling a national emergency and our stock market taking a plunge, the world of sports have slowed down, better yet has stopped all together.
From college sports being cancelled, including our beloved Iona College cancelling all spring sports, what does this mean for the automotive world. The world of Monster Trucks, known as monster jam has announced the cancelation/postpone of its events in a statement to on their social media accounts, “Thank you for visiting Monster Jam. The health and safety of everyone attending our live events as well as our touring personnel is our top priority. Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, Monster Jam is making adjustments to its tour schedules.
See Tickets Page for current status on individual engagements. We value you as a customer and appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time”.

The current show that was to be held on March 12 in Detroit has n ow been move to the summer. The show will instead happen on July 2 and July 26. Tickets for Saturday night's show will be honored for July 25 and tickets for Sunday's show will be honored for July 26. As a reminder this is not to make you the viewer/reader to stay stuck home and do nothing but to limit large interaction, in large spaces.
Leaders want people to know to still do actives is you can, work out if you want to, enjoy some company with your friends, and do day to day task, however stay away from big crowds, stay home from work if you’re sick, and keep the hygiene high! Wash your hands, cough or sneeze into your arm, keep spaces cleaned, and have hand sanitizer nearby. The sports world hope this will end soon, but scientist are expecting this to last till DECEMBER! Let’s us try to live our days to the best that we can, and remember there is light at the end of the tunnel.
